Currently there is a mention in the draft of "support for using ParameterValues i.e., arbitrary Expressions (not only literals), for all Symbolizer properties" - https://docs.ogc.org/DRAFTS/18-067r4.html#_overview_11 - but it is not clear what are concretely the concerned properties.
