Add details on what requirements we have around the json file and on the process for updating this file.

  1. Process document: How to add new changes? Follow a PR flow?
    • Need to add details of how to do this using e.g. git
  2. Requirements document: What expectations we have around the data contained within the json
    • "latitude", "longitude" to at least 3 decimal places (ideally 5 decimal places)
    • What labels need to be included for each site as a minimum
