What is the bug or the crash? What were your expectations and what actually happened?

When you want to print a single object as a layout in Qfield, the PDF no longer opens automatically. This still works in version 3.4.7, but since version 3.5, it no longer works.

Steps to reproduce the issue

When you want to print a single object as a layout in Qfield, the PDF no longer opens automatically. This still works in version 3.4.7, but since version 3.5, it no longer works.

Version

3.5.2

Operating system name

Android

Operating system version

3.40

Reinstall QField

  • I have a fresh install of the latest QField version, but the problem persists.
  • Problem can be reliably reproduced, doesn't happen randomly.
  • Problem happens with all files and projects, not only some files or projects.

@Schrammler , I can't replicate on my end (just tested with the bees project by identifying one field and printing that atlas). Could you share a sample project here?

@nirvn , when using existing objects from the project, it works. However, when creating new objects, only the new features do not open automatically.

@Schrammler , I still can't replicate that using the sample bees project. Could you provide steps to reproduce (in the form of 1. open project, 2. click on feature X, 3. etc. etc.) as well as a test project to replicate this issue?

You can provide steps to reproduce against the sample bees project, then you don't need to provide a test project. That is, if the issue is also visible there :)
