Jpeg-hil module hangs

This module never goes to end with graphic imterface.
Interface.. It stops operation working with files. I remove them but it stops with others.
Please ask for me fir necessary info to solve the issue if it necessary. Use latest version of Java and your software on windows 10 32bit. If you can, please write me how to open images folder in command line to use module with it.
