Code updates:

  • Added a field for booster/third doses to the study definition (using 8 week period from 2nd dose to capture all third or booster doses)
  • Now that booster/third doses are happening, a fix was required for "mixed brands" between first and second dose: now improved second dose brand ascertainment, as the old method could count third doses of a different brand as if they were second doses.
  • Show a summary of third doses in each group (alongside first and second doses).
