How can I erase the bom from the utf-8-sig format of csv?

The csv file is encoded in utf-8-sig. If you use the header as it is, \upeff is inserted into the first key value. I think it's a bo problem, is there a way? Even if I look at the official document, I don't think there is a part that sets the encoding.
