Not able to register on Public Test Server

Hi,

I am trying to use the public test server and want to register myself to be able to upload my ifc files to test in on BIMSurfer. But, while registering at following page:
https://thisisanexperimentalserver.com/apps/bimviews/?page=Register
It gives me timeout error:
Error sending email Couldn't connect to host, port: 198.61.254.26, 587; timeout -1
Also, doesn#t allow to reset the password and gives the same error.

Could you please suggest the solution.
