eCHIS app for the iCoHS Uganda project, this is a release for client QA of the following:

Household Module
Household Register
HH Registration
HH Member Registration
Mute/Unmute HH Members
Set/Change Household Head
HH Member Removal
Household Tasks - WASH Check Task, Patient Baseline Task

Child Module
Child Register
Child Routine Visit Task

NB: Use configs below with the Debug APK;

2. Forms loaded from Tasks do not extract correctly. onaio/fhir-resources#279
3. Subsequent Sync fails due to expired auth tokens. #1991

1. UI updates (enhanced the register and profile configurations)
2. New P2P UI V1
3. Fixed cache refresh on the registers
4. Updates on the UI elemnets e.g
   • Removing trailing commas from the client names.
   • Reducing the spacing size between clients.
   • Adding the correct radius and padding to the client details

Known regressions

1. The Disease registration form breaks if you select multiple diseases. Please select one disease from both questions onaio/fhir-resources#277
