BCL measures and compontents not working Kindly guide

If you can, the open a command prompt, run the commands below, and upload the resulting out.txt file please

set OPENSTUDIO_APPLICATION_DEBUG=1

You must have a local or network firewall preventing you from accessing that website. You will have to allow access to https://bcl.nrel.gov from your computer in order to access the website.
