This variant is an insertion of an "A" inside of a homopolymer stretch of reference "A" nucleotides. The RNA aligner places the insertion at arbitrary positions:

Since DNA is easier to left align than RNA (and thus we can expect left aligned variants) it would be nice for isovar to perform this left alignment.
