Match with supported algorithms

We need to make sure that the wallet is using an algorithm for pop that the issuer understands. Right now all three components are using the same algorithm, but in case of interacting with other systems, multiple algorithms have to be supported.

There should be a verifier or crypto service that is able to deal with multiple algorithms and can be shared with all components
