Load the prucam kernel

Need to compile and load the prucam kernel module, if it it is not loaded, when the app is started.

For some reason the prucam kernel module will need to loaded, removed, and reloaded to work.

Already handled in the star tracker app, so probably can just replicate the changes for this app as well.

Notes:

• We can't insert the kernel module with DKMS, as the PRUs need to exist before the inserting kernel module.
• If the kernel module is loaded to to early in the boot process without reloading, the captures will always be full of nothing but 0's.
