[release] Terminaux v2.2.0: Small Overhaul!

We've made this release to surprise you with some of the most crucial features. Also, this release contains mind-blowing changes to several of Terminaux's elements.

This release contains a variety of changes, including, but not limited to:

• [+] Added getting gray for custom color
• [+] Added initial support for big text
• [*] Always reset colors on normal console writers
• [*] General improvements
• [*] Fixed bugs
• [-] Removed non-standalone character write wrapper
• [-] Deprecated the ConvertFromTo() in ColorTools (will be removed in a future release)
