Agent meeting sabbatical

Hi all,

The Agent Committee meeting is going on a fall sabbatical. Thank you to everyone who has participated in the meetings and we have made great changes to the UI and agents.

If needed, @'ing the agent committee will still work if there needs to be any discussions, and we can always convene if needed. For now though, upcoming meetings will be canceled for this fall.

I will ping again as it gets closer to the end of the year. Thanks @ArctosDB/agents-committee
