Regarding Particular year leaderboard to be shown directly by url

@sanjay-kv sir I would like to propose a suggestion regarding the accessibility of the yearly leaderboards on the website.
Currently, users can only view the 2024 leaderboard by manually clicking on the 2024 tab even when the visit to the leaderboard with query year=2024 . Unfortunately, if someone attempts to access the leaderboard directly via its URL, it is not visible. This could lead to misunderstandings, especially for users who may wish to reference their achievements in discussions with HR.
To enhance user experience and ensure transparency, please tell your developers to implement this so that everyone can access the leaderboard of the particular year directly from the website it will hardly take 10mins but this helps a lot of contributors
