What is the workflow process for a new contributer?

I am completely new to the contribution panel, how do i select a desired mentor and find project repos to ontribute to?

Hi @AbrerAsif07 so contributors don't have mentors only Projects have mentors
You have to work individually as a contributor
To find projects you need to go to the main link of gssoc

click on projects on the top and select your desired project and analyze and then raise an issue .

Adding to what Akshita mentioned above, @AbrerAsif07 you can also navigate towards different project's github repo, go to issues, check available issues or create your own, and start contributing. Remember to be always respectful while talking in the comments with everyone. Ask the mentor to assign you the issue you want to work on, and they will assign you. And start contributing :)
