It can be achieved by copy the binary from the DBeaver.app to the homebrew bin, here is an example output. // Don't try, this is only possible in my local with fixed homebrew cask file.
brew reinstall dbeaver-community
==> Downloading https://dbeaver.io/files/24.0.0/dbeaver-ce-24.0.0-macos-aarch64.dmg
Already downloaded: /Users/daeho.ro/Library/Caches/Homebrew/downloads/d0f8bb2002c112bea1fc04f5332dc2065b5b06d54f4e127195f65673f311e21b--dbeaver-ce-24.0.0-macos-aarch64.dmg
==> Installing Cask dbeaver-community
==> Moving App 'DBeaver.app' to '/Applications/DBeaver.app'
==> Linking Binary 'dbeaver' to '/opt/homebrew/bin/dbeaver'
🍺 dbeaver-community was successfully installed!
