I'm running a Mac with Monterey. When I try to brew upgrade, it complains that it can't upgrade darktable because the latest version is not compatible. I'm fine with that, but I'd like it to stop complaining about it.
With formulae, I can pin them (as you can see I have done with podman based on the above output) so this doesn't happen. I can't find a way to do this with casks. Am I missing something?

Description of issue
I'm running a Mac with Monterey. When I try to
