Cask: trouble removing onyx

Description of issue

After seeing trouble updating onyx cask, trying to completely remove onyx and ideally then re-install.

brew uninstall --cask onyx

==> Uninstalling Cask onyx
==> Purging files for version 4.7.0 of Cask onyx

Ran brew cleanup and rm -rf $(brew --cache)/Cask/onyx*.

find ~/Library -iname "*onyx*" to remove remaining preferences files and an earlier homebrew download.

Oddly, when checking brew list --cask onyx is still listed. What do I have to do to get it removed?
