I cannot find any homebrew logic, and so you must contact to the upstream developer. The snapshot means that the app is under development and it might not work somehow.

Looks like the system that builds the binaries used by brew only signs them for Apple Silicon and not for X86.
I have no idea who to contact to check/fix this.
