Description of issue

I realize I'm using an unsupported OS version, but it has absolutely nothing to do with the out-of-date formula URL

The chadwick formula is still pulling from the old repository in sourceforge. Release publishing to sourceforge was apparently discontinued five years ago.

The current formula URL is:
https://github.com/chadwickbureau/chadwick/releases/download/v0.10.0/chadwick-0.10.0.tar.gz

I tried updating it in my local brew, but it was getting a 404 trying to download a manifest for 0.10.0 (which of course doesn't exist).

Can someone smarter than me please apply this update?
