Just for share my experience and save your time.
In my case Audio Issue was like: audio-info.exe shows Unsupported for all modes. As a result - no sound on Moonlight-TV client. sunshine.log contains the following in Debug mode:

0x80070057 - reference us to some SECURITY_DESCRIPTOR problem.
In my case the issue was - anti-malware software which blocked access to Audio devices. Turning off or setup proper settings for sunshine.exe solves the issue.
