Unable to Stream with Sunshine at similar bitrates to Gamestream

I recently set up Moonlight and Sunshine to replace Moonlight and Gamestream. I'm familiar with Moonlight settings and have previously had no issues streaming 4K HDR 60 FPS at 150 Mbps bitrate to my Nvidia Shield via Gamestream protocol. My computer is wired in and so is the Shield. My router is a TPLink Deco XE75 and I'm using an RTX 4090 so none of these are the bottleneck.

I recently set up Sunshine and I've noticed that while my latency is very low, I am unable to stream anything above 50 Mbps or so. I'm unsure why this is the case. Any time I try to pump up to 55 Mbps or higher I get the "slow connection to your pc reduce your bitrate" error and a black screen in Moonlight.

Is there some setting I need to enable in Sunshine to get this working? I forced NVENC as the encoder to P3 performance preset (I've heard that's the default for Gamestream in the past) and am using HVEC for the HDR support just like before I started using Sunshine. It APPEARS to me that my settings and my setup are basically the same as before (other than using Sunshine instead of Gamestream). Is there something else I need to do to get a higher bitrate functional on my machine?

Hi. I am confirming I have the exact same bitrate problem, but with a slightly different use case. Using a host PC with 1080ti, streaming to Steam Deck via USB 3.0 WIFI connection which has a 5Gbps cap, I formerly was able to achieve 4K 120hz streaming with Moonlight/Sunshine from host PC, and 140 Mbps bitrate with no issues. I can not surpass 55Mbps and it will give "slow connection" warnings.

Using resource monitor, I was able to isolate my Network spikes down after passing 85-90Mbps, regardless of settings. I have since updated USB 3.0 drivers, re-installed current WIFI adapter drivers, updated steam deck twice, tweaked every possible router setting up and down, rebooted it and refreshed firmware, and even tried upgrading my internet provider speed package, all to no avail.

Please help! I miss being able to stream to my TV in my living room.
