Auto-bitrate

Hi dev team!

I think it would be a great feature to implement an auto-bitrate whilst streaming like for example, the stream auto degrades to low bitrate if the connection is slow. This solves the issue of stuttering and lagging if the connection suddenly drops for a short period of time.

The idea is like when you are watching from any popular streaming services where the film reduces the quality for a short period so that the stream is still ongoing.
