Can a "Functional test" be added?

Hello
I have quite a number of Homematic (IP) devices which are linked to Home Assistant using the OpenCCU (and Homematic(IP) Local) integration. However sometimes a single device is no longer available and I can "reconnect" with it by starting a functional test in the OpenCCU web interface. It would be great if I was able to perform an action from within Home Assistant, that way I can automate this test when communication is disturbed.
