Heat transfer in epanet

Hi,
we use epanet for the city's heat network modelling
transfer system two pipes forward and return
heat simulated as water quality 1mg/l = 1 degree
consumer heat consumption simulated via modified qualroute.c
as heat regulator we used fcv valve with some mods
there is 1200 heat consumers in tested network
modified dll is fully compatible wit epanet program and qgisred plugin
now it's idea transfer and adapted mathexpr.c library from EPANETMSX to epanet (we named it cattus net:))
and in future use only config file with math functions for heat rooting mods without reprograming all code
Is anything tried something else or is beeter minds?
