Video data Trajectory Extraction

I have recored crowd video data, need to extract trajectories from videos to perform future analysis for my research. Also, I'm not familiar with computer vision; could someone please assit me?

Maybe you can just use Petrack.
Since, the light conditions in your case are not ideal, it might need some work, but it's doable.

In the madras-project, we had much worse conditions, but still managed to get high quality trajectories.
