Case for Automatic Payouts

• No need to market to projects, chefs, protocol / DAO, and referrers to claim their rewards.
• Will need to create a claim page that shows rewards from where and have user to claim.
• potential for many payouts to go unclaimed an have unnecessary friction point
• Vulnerability to large amount of claims sitting on contract

Case for Have User Claim Rewards

• Can plan events like end of year for potentail taxes
• User pays any gas fees instead of protocol
• Forces users check platform to see rewards
• Can add additional steps for KYC on claim

If both

• where should this be specific, on project application or when instantiating round (by Pot basis) or by project
• By project for tax purposes
• For round, overall kyc and process implications
