VmWare vSphere Library - information needed for support

The VMware vSphere library is a set of API methods that enable users to make use of VMware vSphere functionality from within TestShell applications. In case you encounter an error with the library and require assistance from Qualisystems support, please be sure to include the following information specified below.

 

Error description:

• Please provide a full description of the error or issue in your own words.
• Please specify if the scenario which caused the error worked previously.
• If applicable, please send any error messages that appeared in TestShell Studio.

 

Versions:

• TestShell Studio version: Log into Studio, click the blue button on the top left corner of the screen and then click "about".
• TestShell Library version: Log in to Studio as Admin, go to the Admin tools ribbon and open the library document. Browse to the related library and see the exact version number (Example: VMware vSphere 1.0.4.0).
• PowerShell Version: Open Powershell and use the command $psversiontable (Example: version 2 or 3).
• PowerCli Version: Access windows control panel (Example version 5.1).
