We appreciate you taking the time to join our discussion.

We wanted to discuss user experience, our goal at Ricochet Exchange is to introduce people to the wonders of DCA and streaming. The idea here is to begin shaping our UI around that goal, by simplifying interactions and guiding users towards gaining a better understanding.

This idea would take time.

To successfully improve UX there needs to be an organized effort made by a dedicated team of designers and developers.
Some of the tasks that would need to get done are:

• Adding feedback after user interactions.
• Adding tooltips and cards explaining how certain things work.
• Creating FAQs and Documentation that users and developers can be directed to.
• Building and maintaining a support channel where users can quickly get responses
• Redesigning pages using wireframes and template-components
• Reducing amount of actions users must take to begin streaming
• Reducing page load time

I would estimate this to take around 3 months of work, we would need someone responsible for designing the layouts, a few frontend developers, and quality assurance.
With costs being in the range of $50,000 - $100,000 depending on whether we will be out-sourcing work (UX Design / QA).
