I tried to deploy WOA on my 950 many times, of which I had success only once and with a newer build than the latest supported by drivers. The wim (esd) I used when I first achieved success was tiny11 core arm64, based on build 22631, but the drivers failed to install so I could not get past OOBE. OTG did not work either, so I tried with a build 22621 iso which did install drivers, but failed getting into the oobe. So that raises the question: why does the driver installation break Windows?
