Release date of the next version of @adonisjs/lucid package.

@thetutlage I am wondering if you can announce/share the release date of the next version of @adonisjs/lucid. I am eagerly waiting for these fixes:

1. Migrations should be run silently.
2. Remove @vscode/sqlite3 in favor of sqlite3
