I would suggest using a Discord server. Almost all OSS projects have it! (Most of the people I've come across are reluctant to use GitHub discussions thinking they might spam it) |

Plus, it helps build a searchable knowledge base over time. That said, we're not ruling out Discord for the future—especially as our community grows. Your thoughts and suggestions are always welcome. Our goal is to establish an open-source alternative to AI-driven investing and trading pursued by institutional investors. At present, we function primarily as an open-source initiative and research lab. While we have monetization strategies in mind, we value flexibility. Therefore, we're not seeking traditional venture capital but rather long-term capital from partners who would join as common shareholders https://www.alphanome.ai/investors.
Our hiring approach aligns with the open-source ethos. We gauge project traction and recognize contributors who add significant value, reaching out to them for potential roles. As our projects gain momentum, it not only attracts more funding but also enables us to expand our team. Primarily, we consider contributions on GitHub as indicators of potential hires.
