I'm getting some weird decoding issues when trying to access the request path in an Express app on Codespaces

Original browser path:

/one%40two%2Fthree

Local Express req.path (correct):

/one%40two%2Fthree

Codespaces req.path (broken):

/one@two%252Fthree

The @ has been decoded, and the % has been encoded, really weird
