Where did the checkbox "Allow GitHub to use my code snippets for product improvements" go?

A few months ago, I clicked "disable" or "no" on that checkbox. Today, I tried to double-check it but noticed that I can no longer find that checkbox. Where did it go? I asked in Copilot chat, but it told me that "Allow GitHub to use my code snippets for product improvements" is still available; however, I can't see it at all.
