• Darwinia Chain: Fix remaining democracy lock. Scan remaining democracy lock darwinia-network/darwinia#1662
• Darwinia Chain: Successfully upgraded the Darwinia chain to v6.9.0. https://x.com/DarwiniaNetwork/status/1880148045725405209
• Collator staking app: Support ENS parsing and display. Fix ENS name resolution by explicitly using Ethereum mainnet chain ID darwinia-network/collator-staking-ui-v2#43

• DeGov: Finished the app design and kicked off the development.
