Programmatically removing/canceling scheduled jobs

Hello,

Seeing in the docs that

Defer offers a better developer experience at creating and cancelling scheduled mails.

I found the "cancel" action in the dashboard.

Is there a way to programmatically cancel jobs as well? Tried searching the documentation for "cancel", "remove", and "delete".
