permissionless method to stake idle SOL deposits

Curious how drifters feel about this idea. Given the USDC insurance fund is much larger than SOL insurance fund, making use of the excess SOL deposits (that fall outside of access for withdraws due to the guards). Would ultimately creates for additional insurance for depositors.

I believe technically can achieved by:

1. replace “srm vault” on the state account for the sol validator to stake on
   • originally there before srm -> openbook
2. add permissionless instruction to stake/unstake s.t. up to 1/3 of the sol vault amount below the withdraw limit is in the validator (given ~3 days to unstake)
3. settle fraction of excess vault amounts relative to user deposits to spot market's revenue pool
