Messed up the formatting of the post, didn't realise - would make everything a list, lol. Hopefully you get the idea... e.g

My theme builder starts looking pretty cluttered, I'd like to organise the sub-sections into sub-folders I can easily manage.
e.g;
Theme Builder -> Products Archive ->
2021
2022
Project 1
Project 2
Theme Builder -> Single Product ->
Brand 1
Brand 2
Brand 3
Brand 4
etc..
