Muilt Database Type Support

Different Database have different grammar and keywords . We hope to train the LLMs so that different dbtype can perform better, like:
【OLAP】HiveSQL、ClickHouse、Presto、FlinkSQL
【OLTP】MySQL、Oracle、PG

The current testing has revealed that the trained model does not perform well in the following situations:

Table or column names containing underscores.
Table or column names that are identical to database keywords.

yeah ,dbgpt now just support MySQL summary , we can support more database type summary,we can extend DBSummary and integrate more database type

My idea is that several mainstream databases will be added in the future, allowing users to choose which database to configure on the page
