What is the purpose of the app ?

Expand Gnars => made to target the shredder community, convenience and ease of use with native app while on the go a priority. Also generate revenue to shredders and to the dao by creating a reward/curation system.

Apps live or die by their UX. I would like to make the case that we take extra time and effort to ensure we're planning out the features to this app before we start building it. If we're going to make something "consumer-grade" we need to treat this like a proper software product, not a hackathon.

I'd propose next steps for this that can be discussed at next weeks Tech Pod meeting:

1. Identify individuals who want to be actively involved in some way (whether it be development or project management) and note their skill sets, skill level, availability, and interests.
2. Decide on a meeting cadence that accommodates those individuals and nominate a leader to run the meetings and keep them on task (probably @sktbrd but I'm also open to it).
3. Draft a v0 product requirements document (PRD) for the MVP of the app that can be worked on asynchronously by the individuals throughout the week following the next meeting.
