Getting Error on running frontend

Hello I'm Vedas, I'm new to this whole opensource contribution.
While setting up this project on my local system, I encountered an error "[plugin:vite:react-babel] Cannot redefine property: File"
I tried everything and read articles too,
like changed Node version, npm version, rebuild project files and even created new mongodb cluster but no luck.
I found a few bugs and enhancements but couldn't even work on it :( Please help!
Node Version: v20.9.0
Npm: 10.1.0
