Split the main repo to 2 separate repos

🔧 I will organize the leorodney repository to simplify deployment and improve the experience for contributors. This action will also provide valuable insights 🕵️‍♂️ into our CI/CD process (via Github Actions and Pipelines). Specifically, separating the repositories will prevent 🚫 the client/frontend workflow from triggering when someone commits to the server codebase or verse versa. This modification will reduce ⬇️ the frequency of unnecessary workflow executions.
