Ethereal Sounds not downloading to Musescore 4

I recently purchased Ethereal Sounds on Musehub but haven’t been able to access the sounds in Musescore. They aren’t showing up in the mixer under Musesounds or anywhere.

I suspect (although I could be wrong) that Ethereal Sounds simply isn’t downloading. Whenever I attempt to download it, I get the bar at the bottom of the screen showing its progress. It usually disappears abruptly. Sometimes it freezes. If I go to the Musehub library, I see that all my other sounds have downloaded successfully, but not Ethereal Sounds. Is there a step I’m missing or is it a software glitch?

I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling Musehub, closing and reopening Musescore—nothing so far has worked.

For issues with Muse Hub (which this seems to be, since the library is apparently not downloading), please use the contact link within that application.

BTW, if you haven't already, try rebooting.
