Can't create new cluster after modifying environment #378

Qhub gurus, I guess I'm being punished for bragging about qhub: this morning after adding a package to my environment, I couldn't start a cluster. I then tried increasing the size of my worker instance and increasing the size of my "Pangeo worker". Neither worked. Still can't create a cluster. The error says:
