clamav is not scanning files

i followed that guide to install finally opencloud:

i just modified this line
COMPOSE_FILE=compose.yaml:radicale/radicale.yml:antivirus/clamav.yml:search/tika.yml:external-proxy/opencloud.yml

when i upload files via the browser they stay greyed out.

is there a way to see in the gui in the admin account which service is active and the health of it?
or mainly focus on the docker logs?
