How to overwrite the view or what is the best way to implement sortablejs drag and drop feature in list view

I am trying to make crud operations such as Frontend Menu Management and here in list view I want to implement sortablejs to drag and drop feature to make sorting for it we need to implement cdn library and some js code but I could not find best place to keep these code, could you please help me on this
