Feature: IP Whitelist port in Network Section

Hi, I'd like to consider implementing a new feature in the Network section.

This feature will allow you to manage IP address whitelists for individual ports.

From the panel and the Network tab, I'd like to be able to select a protocol, for example, TCP, UDP, or TCP UDP, and set an IP whitelist without having to interfere with the system firewall. This option can be enabled/disabled.

This is a very useful option for databases, for example.
