We do if we want proper UTF-8 support. For example, right now, something like: for c in "😀😃😄":
print(c)prints: �

MoveHubbuild 3602 has 3940 bytes free in the movehub, the same as the previous build I ran. The movehub does not print smileys (on build 3602) but "� " From this snippet the movehub at buld 3602 gets a typeError on from pybricks import version

Related to issue #1743
Made a program to easily print some UTF-8 graphics.
chatGPT helped to get the code-points utf8 encoded.
And in the end I needed to help chatGPT to get it done in pybricks micropython. 😄
A hint you probably all know: you can collaps a part of the program
by pressing the down-arrow between the line of code and the sequence number.
And re-click to show again.
Nice not to have to scroll past the long
ifwith the excluded ranges.The program (click to show)
