Priority Proposal: Formalize, Setup, And Fund Sector#3 DAO-Operations Team

Overview
Upon launching, a major pain point that might be observed in Sector#3 DAO would be the absence of a dedicated team that is directed toward streamlining the operations in the DAO and its absence might make the workflow less effective and counterproductive. However, DAOs require a dedicated operations team to manage and maintain their infrastructure as well as handle day-to-day operations.
With my expertise in DAO operations and tooling, community management, research, and technical writing, I'm seeking to help build decentralized work with DAOs, and this proposal aims to request the setting up and funding of a DAO operations team for Sector#3 DAO.

Responsibilities of the Operations Team
The operations team will handle core activities in Sector#3 DAO by identifying individual responsibility, handling the workflow within the other teams, improving work efficiency, and fostering a collaborative environment for contributors.
This would be explicitly done by:

1. Assisting with managing common DAO infrastructure, such as the governance forum, Notion, and the Discord server (streamlining the Discord server experience will be straightforward, quick, and easy), calendars, bots, and other tools.
2. Introducing policies and practices for the DAO's onboarding and offboarding, including enabling individuals to take on acceptable roles and join suitable teams in the DAO and suggesting tools for a better and improved onboarding process.
3. Preserving the ability of the DAO and its members to put emphasis on execution. For instance, organizing one-on-one discussions with contributors to establish priorities and a cadence, coordinating guilds around DAO season priorities, hiring for underserved teams, etc.

Deliverables

1. Discord Management and user experience.
2. Calendar Management.
3. Dework Management.
4. Social media tooling
5. Internal Tooling.
6. Managing and presenting recordings of meetings in a usable format (Mp3) if necessary.
7. Notion Management (or any DAO documentation tool): Updating the Notion page and centralized databases if necessary.
8. Research mechanisms and tools to improve and manage the DAO and contributor experience, e.g., onboarding processes.
9. DAO mapping and cartography (Sobol). And many more duties related to DAO-Ops.

Budget
The budget is subject to the number of deliverables that would be needed by the DAO. Also, some integrations might require going beyond the team's monthly budget. However, the team would start off as a one-man team till the DAO scales up and the need would arise for me to get more members.

Conclusion
A dedicated operations team is essential for the effective functioning of a DAO. This proposal requests funding for setting up such a team which I'm willing to lead. With the support of the community and appropriate funding, the operations team will be able to effectively manage and maintain the organization's infrastructure as well as handle day-to-day operations, ensuring the long-term success of the DAO because, at the top level, the ops team handles common challenges across guilds and the DAO.
I hope this proposal is approved because the Ops team is not a top-down control structure but would exist to help and support our guilds and members.

Our DAO's purpose is to enable autonomous DAO contributions. The way I see it, to realize that purpose, our initial priorities should be:

1. Complete development of UI
2. Write user documentation for the product
3. Build v2 of the smart contract protocol
4. Onboard DAOs, and gather their feedback
